Beth Szweda, Founder
While attending Indiana University South Bend, Beth launched her career serving as a Deputy Assessor for 10 years. While there, she worked hard and earned her Level II Indiana Assessor/Appraiser Certification. Beth later went on to work in the private sector where she worked as a tax consultant for a large consulting firm. Within her first two years there, she saved the firm's clients over $1 million in tax dollars.
She realized she not only had a knack for saving people money, she had a passion for it. So in 2000 she started her own consulting firm. In 2003, she was one of the first people in the state to earn the newly implemented Level III Indiana Assessor/Appraiser Certification . Over the years, Beth has filed and won property tax appeals for hundreds of properties, saving Indiana taxpayers thousands of dollars. Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse selection of clients including large industrial manufacturing plants, mom-and-pop retail shops and homeowners. Her success derives from commitment to continuing education and a genuine desire to help people save money.
