Beth Szweda

While attending Indiana University South Bend, Beth launched her career serving as a Deputy Assessor for 10 years.  While there, she worked hard and earned her Level II Indiana Assessor/Appraiser Certification.  Beth later went on to work in the private sector where she worked as a tax consultant for a large consulting firm. Within her first two years there, she saved the firm's clients over $1 million in tax dollars. 

She realized she not only had a knack for saving people money, she had a passion for it.  So in 2000 she started her own consulting firm. In 2003, she was one of the first people in the state to earn the newly implemented Level III Indiana Assessor/Appraiser Certification .  Over the years, Beth has filed and won property tax appeals for hundreds of properties, saving Indiana taxpayers thousands of dollars. Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse selection of clients including large industrial manufacturing plants, mom-and-pop retail shops and homeowners.  Her success derives from commitment to continuing education and a genuine desire to help people save money.

Jared Rosenow

Since graduating from Indiana State University in 2008, Jared Rosenow has worked tirelessly in the property tax assessment field.  He began his career working for one of the most respected private assessment firms in Indiana.  During his time there he gained experience, knowledge, and expertise in commercial, industrial, residential and agricultural property throughout the state of Indiana.  He has worked in both the private sector and public sector bringing only the best and most accurate assessments for any and all property he worked on.  Jared has always approached property taxation with expertise and passion.  

During the course of his career Jared has stayed up to date with the latest in property tax law and procedure through his association the International Association of Assessing Officials, the Indiana County Assessor’s Association, and the Department of Local Government Finance.  He has maintained his Level II Indiana Assessor/Appraiser Certification for the last 9 years through required continuing education. In addition Jared has taken advanced courses in assessing proceedure in order to serve the public to the best of his ability.  In 2016 Jared acquired his Level III Indiana Assessor/Appraiser Certification, the highest level Indiana assessment certification of which only a fraction of assessing officials have.
